Book our 8 hour video package, and we don’t just deliver a cinematic highlight film—we give you everything: edited heartfelt vows, full ceremony, reception (dances, toasts, cake cutting), and even your grand exit. All included. No extra fees. It might not make business sense, but it makes perfect sense to us—because your memories deserve more than just a glimpse; they deserve to be relived forever.

Question 5 - What if I want to create my own wedding package with hours that are in between 4-8 hours and choose what I would like to have in it?

Its best to have a chat with us about your event/wedding. If we all feel the need to add additional hours, we charge based on how many team members need to stay and for how long. It's usually $100/hour/shooter. Anything outside out the base raw footage we include(ceremony, reception, exits) will have an extra fee associated. You should talk to us about your special request!

Question 4 - Can I add hours to my event/wedding? Can I add raw footage?

For groups smaller than 4, we use a natural light studio in Old Town Fairfax and Leesburg. For groups of 5 and more, we use a warehouse studio in Arlington, VA. They are both amazing spaces that also provide props and seats!

Question 3 - Where is the studio for photo sessions?

We ask for a 20% deposit to reserve your date and ask for the remaining amount on the day that we come for your shoot! All deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel, as many times, we have come across denying services to other prospective clients for a reserved date. Basically, the 20% will be a small cover for the potential loss of business. As a small business, every shoot makes a significant difference. This goes for weddings, lifestyle and event shoots - we hope you can understand!

Question 2 - Do I need to pay a deposit? And is it refundable?

For weddings, we always tell our clients that we will deliver within 3 months. It could be sooner, but it all really depends on when your wedding was shot as the warmer seasons tend to be our busiest! For events and lifestyle photos, we send sneak peeks within 24 hours and the rest you should expect within 3-4 weeks.

Anything under 25 miles from Fairfax, VA will be free! We just ask that you cover any parking fees.

For locations outside of Fairfax, VA, our travel fees are as follows:
-25–40 Miles from Fairfax, VA: A flat fee of $500 to cover travel costs for our multiple shooters and vehicles.
-Over 40 Miles (Driving Distance): A flat fee of $1,000, which includes travel and lodging expenses.
-Air Travel Required: An additional $2,800 to cover flights, rental cars, and lodging. This fee may vary slightly depending on flight costs to your specific destination.

These fees ensure our team arrives prepared, rested, and ready to capture your day with the same level of excellence, no matter the location.
